What to eat for breakfast??? hmmm???

Can anyone suggest any good ideas for breakfast? I am happy enough with my daily scrambled egg and egg whites, but I think my body is getting too used to that and I am starting to plateau. I think I read somewhere to switch it up, but not sure if that was to keep me mentally motivated or if there is some metabolic reaction. I have no idea what else to eat at this time of day.

No weight loss for four days

Is it normal to stay at the same weight for four days in a row? I am on the fourth day of the rapid loss stage and I haven’t lost anything since I started it. During the 7 day jump start portion I lost 9lbs but as soon as I started rapid loss, I stopped losing weight. I am doing the “apple” day today to see if that helps but I am worried it won’t work and I don’t want to loose all the motivation and drive that I had during the first week. Is there anything else I can try to do to kick start things again? I have been following all the guidelines so any additional advice would really help. Also, am I supposed to take the AM, mid day, and PM vitamin supplements today since it is an “apple” day?

Weight loss without body fat loss

I lost 11 pounds during Jumpstart and Lipid Loading—very excited about that. Also, my clothes feel looser and my wife says the belly is going down. However, my body fat remains the same. I have a body fat scale that I use at the same time every morning. My body fat percentage actually went up a 1/2% the first two days, but then went back down to what it was when I started. If the 11 pounds is body fat, why the steady number on the scale?

Fiber Shake on the Go

I’ll be away from home all day Saturday and it’s my nutripace day. Planning to pack at least breakfast and lunch and my nuts, dinner may be tricky. Still figuring that out.

I want to be able to take my shake, but I can’t guarantee I’ll have a place to wash the shaker out after I make the shake. I’m thinking of pre-measuring and just mixing it up in a water bottle. I’ll probably take a couple servings, so if I can do the shake mid-morning and mid-afternoon. So I won’t be as tempted by the food at the event.

Any other suggestions?

Hello everyone!

I just finished my very first detoxifiber shake a few minutes ago. Let me tell you. It was awful. I think I will try it mixed with something later. I’d like to haw a cup of decaf tea with stevia bit not sure if the type is ok. Any help would be appreciated.
I bought it from trader joes. It I naturally caffeine free and it is organic ruby red chai.
The ingredients consist of Roobis, cloves, ginger, allspice, cardamom, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
Hopefully I can enjoy a cup. I love this tea!

Update Two Months After WeighNot

I am in complete awe! I’ve completed the program two months ago.

Starting weight: 237.4
Ending weight/end program: 197.4
Weight now: 177.0

I still want to lose 20 more but WOW! I have also continued losing inches. I have a 26 inch waist now! Unbelievable. I went from wearing XL tops to Mediums. I am down 6 pant sizes and can actually fit into size 6/8 dresses! I’ve even had people tell me that I look taller (I’m already 5’7)!

All I can say is that I’ve become a walking billboard and I can’t tell you how many people have asked me how I’ve done it and continue doing so. My mom is now telling me I need to stop losing weight instead of the usual, you need to lose weight! I have to keep explaining that for BMI purposes (which I’ve always had an issue with), I need to lose about 20 lbs more.

I had a really strange but awesome experience at a clothing store. I was looking for jeans (which I have had to buy at least once a month because the new ones eventually get too big around my waist) and I immediately went for the bigger size. When I tried it on, they were too big. When I finally found my new size, they barely had any in that size. For the first time I thought…wow this is what thin people were referring to. For years, I I couldn’t find clothes because they didn’t carry my size but now i’m in the normal size range and can’t find my size! Its a thin girl’s problem I rather have!

....and I’ve lost 15pds, which is a pound a day. I have 25-30 more pounds to go and I am motivated
This diet plan has me so motivated that I don’t have to kill myself at the gym and all I have to do is walk 10,000 steps daily. My husband has seen the weight come off of me and just ordered his program. I am so excited for both of us. I really think if we both change the way we eat and think about food, our success in will be permanent.

Starting detoxifiber tomorrow and a bit nervous about taste..

Hello all! I’ve made the decision to start a 97 day round of the program and I am starting tomorrow morning the the detox. I’m a little nervous about the taste of the shake. Do a lot of you use just water? If like to do it that way to save the calories but have used almond milk in the past with other shakes and it made them tolerable. Can flavored almond milk be used? Or does it have to be original? If I can mange with just water am I right that I can have juice in between? Sorry for all the questions, I just want to make sure I’m doing it right. Thanks for any help! I’m looking forward to a follow up post with some results!!

Steady Trim Dairy?

I’m on Day 44 of RapidLoss and will be starting Steady Trim soon. Honestly, I’m getting a little bored and tired of cooking for myself. I didn’t miss my old favorites so much in the beginning as I do now.

I miss my dairy and I’m looking forward to adding it back when I get to Steady Trim, but I don’t like cottage cheese or Greek Yougurt. I’m on Day 44 of RapidLoss and will be starting Steady Trim soon. Are there any other options?
