33 days into program and I have lost 33.5lbs. Down from 244.8 to 211.3. My goal is 199 by end of May. I’m on target but it leaves little room for error. During the 33 days I have had house guests for 13 days, gone out for sushi (no rice) one time and once for Mexican once ( grilled chicken, avocado and Pico de Gallo Salsa and couple of refried beans)

I am starting the two days of Lipoloading tomorrow, and I’m a bit nervous. I lost 7 pounds in the first 6 days, but stalled after the first two. I’m so afraid that the 2 days of lipoloading is going to make me gain back everything I lost! Help!

Since you are allowed 3.5oz avocado or 4 oz olives or 2 oz nuts for lunch and dinner I suggest the following
combine
3.5 oz. avocado
2.0 oz. olives
1.0 oz. ground nuts (I use almonds)
Couple shakes red pepper flakes
Couple shakes tobacco
1 tsp. cilantro.
Use 1/2 for lunch and 1/2 for dinner
The options are many.
-use with 3 scrambled eggs
-slather on fish, meat or chicken

I’m just beginning but I’m having a hard time with these shakes - any ideas on how to make them any better? I’m using almond milk - didn’t like it with orange juice at all.

My scale won’t go to “0”. HELP!

My scale was working just fine until yesterday. Now it’s reading 425 grams and no matter which way I turn the dial on the back to recalibrate it, it doesn’t move. I’ve been working around it (put a small plate on it, then just added to that number to get to the number of grams or ounces I needed), but it’s really annoying and I’m tired of having a wonky scale. Is there a trick to getting the dial back to zero? In the middle of the dial there is a little “stick” that sticks up, so I’m thinking I should be doing something with that. But maybe not. Any tips are appreciated!! Thanks!!

Taste of the Detoxifiber - Please offer flavors!

I am in Day 6 of the program and the Detoxifiber is just brutal. I am looking forward to finishing it tomorrow. Is there any way you can offer flavored powder? There must be a safe flavoring out there that can be added to the powder.

Anything would be better than what it tastes like now. I tried the different ideas listed in the forum to choke it down but it didn’t help. It was by far worse part of week one.

By the way - down 16 lbs in 6 days so with those results I am can’t complain too much! :-)

Thanks for a great program
