Does this diet make you tired or low energy?

the first few days took some adjustment, but I found I had plenty of energy to work a full day and keep up with my two-year old boy.  It just took some experimenting on my part to determine what worked best for keeping both energy and hunger levels even.

I am always lethargic and tired because I work 11+hrs a day. On this diet, I had so much more energy than I expected and I was not hungry/starving or tired/lethargic at all. I was so shocked! You’re not allowed to work out and that was not a problem for me at all. However, when we had all that snow, I helped shovel a neighbor out, and overexerted myself because I was shoveling for over an hour. You have enough energy to get through your day, however long it may be, and then some. But no working out and seeing the pounds disappear daily is great! I’ve lost 4inches around my waist in 6 weeks.

My energy level is great during the day…around 8pm I go downhill….But I am usually up by 6am. I dont think it is any different than if I wasnt on the diet.

I’m wondering if I’ll be too tired for work and family on a low calorie diet

The first four days was the hardest to get through, then my energy increased. On my seventh day now and feeling pretty good. I just have to keep the fiber in my system, now that I think I have it down maybe it’llbe easier. Since i have a family too, I pre weighed and packaged my meats and put them into the freezer for fast meals. The george foreman grill is my best friend.

I’ve been on the diet for 4 weeks and I have not had a problem with being tired at all.

When I first started I didn’t have a whole lot of energy but by the end of the first week, I was ready to go running, but
