Absolutely. Many of our WeightNot members are men, and they successfully follow the program for great results. Men on the diet do equally well as women with total weight lost on WeightNot, and see the same benefits in reduced body measurements and other improvements in their health.
While the initial blood testing done for screening purposes will be slightly different, the WeightNot diet protocol itself is the same for men and women. As a result, we have many couples who do the program together to support each other during the diet, as well as groups of two or more friends (men and/or women) who choose to join WeightNot at the same time so that they can share the experience.
